Logistics Administrator

FTC 6-12 months

Kinetic PLC is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join logistics team at a well-established manufacturing site in Deeside (CH5). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organising, problem-solving, and working closely with different teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:
* Preparing regular planning and performance reports and helping identify any issues or improvements.
* Creating and managing purchase orders, making sure deliveries arrive on time and resolving any problems along the way.
* Working closely with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels are well managed.
* Supporting collaboration between logistics, supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams.
* Creating loading tours for finished goods shipments.
* Providing general administrative support, including emails, filing, and maintaining daily records.
* Covering Planning, Purchasing, and Transport teams during holidays when required.
